Questions & answers

Frequently asked

Delivery

+How fast is delivery?

Bulk materials: order by 12pm, delivery the next business day, Monday to Friday. Big Bags are also delivered Monday to Friday.

+How do I know if you deliver to my address?

The postal code decides, not the place name. Under "Delivery area" you can check your ZIP code directly — if it's outside, write to us anyway, it's often still possible.

+What if the actually delivered quantity differs?

For bulk materials, deviations of up to ±5% are technically possible. We bill the quantity actually delivered. If the difference is significant, we'll get in touch and settle it with you.

+Does the access route for the truck need to be clear?

Yes. At checkout we specifically ask about the drop-off location and access, so nothing comes as a surprise on site — failed deliveries due to blocked access are charged.

+Can I order more than one load at once?

Yes, there's no upper quantity limit. The configurator automatically converts larger quantities into multiple trips and shows the delivery costs for that transparently.

Waste disposal

+What can go in the container?

That depends on the chosen waste type and quality level — each waste type has its own acceptance list. If contamination is suspected, a soil analysis is required beforehand.

+Container provision or direct loading?

With container provision, the container stays with you for a few days and you fill it yourself. With direct loading, we load on site and leave right away. We'll work out which suits you best when you send your request.

+What does it cost if the wrong material ends up in the container?

If the wrong material ends up in the container, it has to be re-sorted or an extra trip is needed, and we charge for that. If you're unsure, just ask us beforehand.

Construction machinery

+Do you also rent out construction machinery?

We make our equipment fleet — excavators, cranes and wheel loaders — available on request. This currently runs as an inquiry, not as an online booking.

+With or without operator?

We clarify that individually per machine and use case in the inquiry form.
